At Kumana, we take pride in offering high quality jewellery and excellent value to our Customers
To ensure customer satisfaction, please review our returns and refund policy below.
All jewellery is inspected before Shipping: nonetheless, in the unlikely event that you received a defective or inaccurate item, you must log a return of the item(s) via email within 3 days of the delivery.
The item(s) must be in their original packaging, with all labels and stickers still attached.
All jewellery is non-refundable unless the item is defective.
A defective product is defined as having a material imperfection in manufacture or design that makes it less acceptable, useful or safe than expected.
In such cases, we will arrange collection via Courier and send you a replacement at no cost or give you a shop credit for the amount of the item.
With proper care, our Stainless Steel collection should remain untarnished.
To extend the life of your Kumana pieces, we recommend keeping them away from:
Lotion
Perfume
Hair products
Jewellery cleaners
Other harsh chemicals
Individual skin types may react differently to gold plating, and no refunds or exchanges are available for in jewellery colour changes caused by skin oils, perfumes and lotions.
